East Hampton Residence
This East Hampton project transformed an existing 3,500-square-foot residence into a beautifully integrated 7,000-square-foot home through a comprehensive restoration, major addition, and full renovation. The expansion introduced a dedicated lower-level health and wellness retreat featuring a private gym, sauna, cold plunge, meditation room, spa lounge, wine gallery, and speakeasy bar. The completed home comprises five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with thoughtfully designed living spaces centred around a dramatic 20-foot vaulted ceiling and an open-plan layout that enhances light, volume, and connection throughout the home.
